Huobi OTC fiat trading will officially implement the following OTC trading tiered fee structure for makers, starting at 10:00, on October 15, 2019 (GMT+8). It’s still free for takers to trade on Huobi OTC.
Details as follows:

| Lv.2 | ≥10 | Basic Fee Rate * 0.90 |
| Lv.3 | ≥100 | Basic Fee Rate * 0.80 |
| Lv.4 | ≥500 | Basic Fee Rate * 0.60 |
| Lv.5 | ≥1000 | Basic Fee Rate * 0.45 |
| Lv.6 | ≥2000 | Basic Fee Rate * 0.40 |
| Lv.7 | ≥5000 | Basic Fee Rate * 0.35 |
Note:
1. Users can click on the “User” icon on the top-right corner of the main website, select “Fee Setting” sub menu option and toggle-on “Use HT Deduction” fee payment mode;
2. Once you turn on “Use HT Deduction”, fees on spot trading and OTC trading will all be deducted by HT;
3. HT holdings refers to your total HT balance in all product lines on Huobi Global. HT deduction will deduct HT in your balance on Huobi Global spot trading.
