Suspension of SC Deposits and Withdrawals at 12:00 on 2021/02/03

According to Siacoin Team's Plan, the SC mainnet will be upgraded at block height of 298,000.

Huobi Global will support the upgrade and suspend SC deposits and withdrawals at 12:00 on February 3rd, 2021 (UTC+8), which will be resumed upon completion of the upgrade.
