Huobi Global Will Launch HBAR And Start Series Of Listing HBAR Activities

Huobi Global will launch HBAR (Hedera Hashgraph) on November 11th and start series of listing HBAR activities. Please see details below:

• Open HBAR deposits at 14:00 on November 11th (UTC+8); [Deposit Now>>>]
• Open HBAR trading (HBAR/USDT、HBAR/BTC、HBAR/ETH) at 20:00 on November 11th (UTC+8);
• Open HBAR withdrawals at 16:00 on November 12th (UTC+8).
• Opening precaution: Huobi Global will limit the listed price to limited order within 5 minutes after opening trading, and the price shall not be more than 5 times the opening price, and the normal trading will resume after that.

HBAR Introduction

Hedera is the only public ledger network using the hashgraph consensus algorithm, which is fast, secure and fair.

The hashgraph consensus algorithm combines a gossip protocol with virtual voting to achieve consensus very quickly while using the minimum amount of data. The Hbar coin serves several functions: (1) the hashgraph algorithm uses a proof of stake model to prevent Sybil attacks; nodes vote on consensus based on the value of coins in their wallet making the coin critical to the security of the network, (2) the Hbar coin serves to reward nodes for providing consensus, as payment for API calls and to facilitate native micropayments, and (3) the Hbar coin allows one to use Hedera API and additional services built on top.

Campaign 1: Deposit HBAR to share 1,500,000 HBAR

Campaign period:

From 14:00, November 11th, 2020 to 24:00, November 18th, 2020 (UTC+8)

Rules:

1. During the following 7 days (starts from November 11th ,2020) of openning HBAR deposits, users who deposit HBAR (the time is subject to the credit time) can share 1,500,000 HBAR according to the net deposit volume (net deposit volume = deposit volume - withdrawal volume).

* Transactions between Huobi account will not be verified as eligible deposit.Negative net deposit amount will not be verified as eligible deposit.

2. The subaccount deposit amount and withdrawal amount will be credited to the parent account.

3.Rewards will be sent to the user's exchange account within 7 days after the end of the promotion.

Computation logic:

• Net Deposit Proportion=Individual Net Deposit Volume/ Total Net Deposit Volume*100%
• Gainable HBAR=Net Deposit Proportion*1500000

Campaign II: Trade HBAR to win 1,500,000 HBAR

Campaign Period：

From 20:00, November 11th, 2020 to 20:00, November 26th, 2020 (UTC+8)

1. During this campaign, the first 100 users who conduct HBAR spot trading can win or share up to 1,500,000 HBAR. The first 100 users can compete for rankings based on their trading volume（Buying + Selling volume without executed volume by your ownself) to win different rewards.

2. The subaccount trading volume will be credited to the parent account. Rewards will be sent to the user's exchange account within 7 days after the end of the promotion.

Computation logic:

• Gainable HBAR= Individual Trading Volume / Trading Volume of users ranked in the same range* Reward amount for the specific rank

Campaign III: Stake HBAR to mine 7,700,000 HBAR

Campaign period:

From 20:30, November 11th, 2020 to 20:30, December 11th, 2020 (UTC+8)

Rules:

1. During this campaign period, users who stake HBAR will share 7,700,000 HBAR. The staking cycle is 30 days.

2. Take the day of completing the staking as the first day (T+0), the reward will be distributed to your exchange account in the following 7 days after the end of the staking cycle.
