Announcement on Setting HT Locking and Mining Product Experience Period

Dear users,

Huobi Global and Huobi Pool launched HT Locking and Mining at 15:00:00 on July 25, 2019 (GMT+8), which attracted extensive attention from HT users. Considering that HT Locking and Mining is in its early stage, Huobi Global and Huobi Pool set a product experience period to bring better service and product experience to users, which will be from 15:00:00 on July 25th to 15:00:00 on July 26(GMT+8). During the experience period, users who complete regular locking orders and withdraw in advance before 23:59:59 on July 29 are exempt from penalty.

Exemption conditions: Penalty of locking orders created during the period from 15:00:00 on July 25th to 15:00:00 on July 26, and withdrawn before 23:59:59 on July 29 ( Fixed locking orders that have not been withdrawn within the specified time are no longer eligible for return.)

Form of exemption: pay first and then return. The penalty shall be deducted by the system, and the rebate shall be refunded to the Exchange account on Huobi Global then.

Returning time: within 3 working days after the experience period (ie before 23:59:59, August 1st)
For example: Jack invested 1000 HT in locking and mining at 20:00:00 on July 25, 2019, and the locking cycle was 30 days. If withdrawn in advance at 14:00:00 on July 27, Jack must pay the penalty = (28/365) * 20% * 1000 = 15.3442466 HT, and later that will be returned to his Exchange account. If Jack does not withdraw before 23:59:59 on July 29, he will not enjoy penalty exemption.
