4.8 Why is the Ads List Inconsistently After Logging In?

When an advertiser publishes an advertisement, it can be set to be visible to certain qualified users.

Therefore, if the number of advertisements you see after logging in is less than the number of advertisements when you did not log in, it may be that some advertisements have set restrictions. You are temporarily not eligible for particular advertisements.
